KRQE (Albuquerque) Weather Anchor Mark Ronchetti has signed off from the Nexstar station.

This was his post to social media that included an interesting picture:

The photo of him walking away from the camera, holding the hands of his daughters, looks more like something you would see in a campaign ad an not in a TV post.

There is a reason for that.

Ronchetti has left his job in TV news to make a run for U.S. Senate in New Mexico.

It seems he is leaving the “fake news media” to become a politician.

All I can say, better him than me.
