Back in May of 2016, Cox’s WJAX/WFOX in Jacksonville announced that they would be the only station in the market to have a news helicopter.

But now the station is being taken over by hedge fund Apollo and word is that the station will be grounding the news chopper.

Well, it was fun while it lasted.
