Obviously, hitting certain ages affect people in different ways.

I think many of us have felt or are feeling like Dara.

This business is about as cutthroat as It gets and it can take a toll on people. The bosses seem to care less about you while trying to squeeze more work out of you.

We have all been there Dara and it is OK to feel like you do.

Feel free to reach out to me or anyone else that can help you start feeling like you again and just know that this downtime is just a small blip on a very big radar.

TV news is a great business and it also completely sucks from time to time. If you’re feeling like Dara, no that you are NOT alone. We have all had these feelings and I say it all the time, everyone is going through something.
