Jobs Being Cut in Cox Transition
Cox Media Group, is going to become a lot leaner.
There are reports as many as 87 corporate staff members will be the first to go, when the new owner, Apollo, takes over.
This shouldn’t be any surprise, especially given that Cox is known to run with large budgets and staff.
No word yet on whether cuts will be made in the Cox newsrooms. Our advice if you work at a Cox TV station? Polish up those resumes.
