As you may or may not know, there has not been a White House Press Briefing in months and it appears that as long as Trump is President, there may never be another one.

White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham appeared on President Trump promo show AKA Fox and Friends and said that daily press briefings will not be reinstated under her leadership, citing the behavior of journalists who “weren’t being good to” President Trump’s administration.

Let’s be honest, Trump’s behavior is not good either.

The briefings had been useless for quite sometime. Sarah Hucklabee Sanders would basically just stand up and tell lies. CNN’s Jim Acosta would try and grandstand just because he wanted more attention and no real news would come from the briefings.

The bottom line, the daily briefings often made bot the press and the White House look like fools.

I no CNN media critic Brian Stelter will blow a gasket now that the briefings have been canceled, but during the Trump administration, they have been completely useless.

I for one will not miss them.
