Many of you working in TV news were just kids when this happened and you barely remember it.

But, for many of us, it is hard to believe that it has been 18 years since the attack on our country.

I lived in New York State at the time and I can still feel the pit in my stomach from that day.

It changed many of us and it showed that was much as we wanted to believe it, we were not even safe in our own country.

Today is a day to remember all the people we lost on September 11, 2001.
