11 days ago, FTVLive told you how CNN’s April Ryan was giving a speech to a group when her bodyguard appeared to rough up a Reporter that was trying to cover the event.

Charlie Kratovil a Reporter for New Brunswick Today was confronted by Ryan’s bodyguard who is now facing a court date.

While Kratovil was being confronted by the bodyguard Ryan told the crowd, “When I speak, I don’t have news covering my speech.”

Seems odd that a CNN employee would not let the media cover her.

Anyway, Ryan showed up on CNN’s ironically named Reliable Sources to explain why she has not addressed the issue publicly?

"The only reason why I've been quiet is because of the threat of lawsuits,” Ryan said.

She added that she assumed that the bodyguard was "concerned for my safety."

Really?

What was a small camera on the side of the room doing that put her safety in question?

Ryan then added that the bodyguard is no longer working with her.
