By now you have likely watched the video of the guy in the wheelchair lighting of fireworks when his electric wheelchair malfunctions.

“Back it Up Terry” has been viewed over 4 million times on YouTube.

Well, according to Nexstar’s KLFY (Lafayette, Louisiana), Terry has been arrested for his connection in a murder case.

It is here that we should point out that Terry was nowhere near the scene and has not been charged despite the fact that KLFY showed his picture.

Also, Terry did get a new wheelchair that works a bit better.
