President Donald Trump tweeted a video from CBS O&O KCAL about the arrest of MS-13 gang members.

When the President who has over 61 million followers tweets out your station, you know its going to get lots of eyeballs.

But, Trump only tweeted out the video and not the story on the station’s website. So, KCBS/KCAL News Director Tara Finestone replied to the President with a tweet to the link on the story.

So far, Trump has not tweeted the link, but if he did so, it would bring millions of viewers to the KCBS/KCAL website and in turn meant thousands in advertising dollars.

So, you can’t blame the News Director for trying.
