Fired Weatherman has a Pony Shoe Named for Him

It is Pony Shoe Week in Central Illinois.

A Pony Shoe is a "delicacy" that was created in Springfield, Ill years ago and now it has it’s own festival.

A local tavern has entered their Pony Shoe in the contest and it is named in honor of former WICS Meteorologist Joe Crain.

Crain was fired by the Sinclair station after he called out the company on air.

While he might not have a job, he does have his own Pony Shoe. Which basically looks like a heart attack on a plate.
