KTVO (Kirksville, MO) posted a story about a local college student that was busted for passing off fake $20 bills at a local festival.

The station writes, “…the Pella Police Department received 13 counterfeit bills, valued at more than $200”.

Ummmm…. the bills are counterfeit, they are not worth anything. They made of had a face value of more than $200, but they were not “valued” at that.
