Yesterday and all too common scene played out on social media and TV.

It was another school shooting, this time in Colorado. 1 person killed, 8 others shot.

A local Denver Reporter approached a parent outside STEM School Highlands Ranch and said "congratulations" to a parent whose child survived the school shooting.

This is now the country that we live in, where Reporters are congratulating parents for their kids going to school and not getting shot.
