Yesterday, FTVLive told you that WGCL had bumped Jennifer Valdez to the Chief Meteorologist at the Meredith station.

She replaces Paul Ossman who was fired from the station about a month ago.

Valdez got warm wishes from her co-workers and that included giving her cake and wine. Because what station doesn’t want their Chief Met chowing down on cake and boozing it up before giving the forecast?
