Yesterday, FTVLive featured two TV news anchors that have dipped their toe in the podcasting waters.

We pointed you to the podcasts of WJAX (Jacksonville) Anchor Letisha Bereola and KVOA (Tucson) Anchor Nick VinZant.

As you know, FTVLive does not use or care about Facebook and we think it is pure evil. But we chuckled when we got an email saying that someone had mentioned FTVLive on Facebook.

It seems that VanZant posted this to his FB page:

It’s always nice when someone in the industry gives FTVLive a shoutout, even if it is on Facebook. But we read VanZant’s post in which he said, “Pretty much everyone in the news industry reads FTVLive.com.”

Pretty much everyone?!

It wasn’t long before VanZant made another post to FB and this time he was bit more on the money:

With no input from us, VanZant changed his line from “Pretty much everyone” to “Everyone” in the industry reads FTVLive.

Obviously VanZant knows FTVLive well enough to know that we would have given him a bit of grief for that first post. It didn’t take him long to post an updated post.
