Back in February, FTVLive FIRST told you that Sinclair’s digital arm Circa was in trouble and circling the drain.

On February 28th, FTVLive wrote, “Sinclair isn’t talking, but people working for Circa are starting to get restless. “More and more people leaving... others looking to leave... and that's concerning more employees at Circa,” said one Circa insider to FTVLive.”

We then added that noted that Sinclair’s VP of News Scott Livingston and others noted several times in 2018 at all-staff meetings that Circa was safe, and has a future.

Yesterday, Sinclair announced that they are shutting down Circa.
