Yesterday, FTVLive told you that Gray’s KSWO (Lawton, OK) Fired Meteorologist Mandy Bailey after she offered up a brain teaser on Monday’s morning newscast.

Bailey showed the teaser on air and the answer was “Hang in There.”

But some viewers took offense to the noose and the station fired Bailey.

Which is completely ridiculous if you ask us.

This a prime example of how quick media groups are to react to just a few viewers on something so trivial.

It seems that many viewers also thought that the firing was a stupid move.

An online petition has also been started, asking the station to rehire Bailey (which never happens) and it already has over 5,000 signatures.
