The No. 1 Best and Worst TV Markets to Work in
It’s been a long day, but we have made it to the top of the list of the Best and Worst TV markets to work in.
The Best Market to work in is No. 3 and the Windy City of Chicago.
A very competitive market and one of the best news towns on the planet. Hard hitting news, breaking news, sports news and crazy weather is Chicago.
Some of the best Summers you will ever find and so much to do, you can live there for a decade and not do it all.
All the stations are always trying to win and while WLS and WGN lead the pack, the others continue to try and catch up.
It is an awesome city to live and work in and it tops our list as the Best TV Market to work in.
The Worst Market to work in is the 8th market and San Francisco.
Let’s face it, you can’t afford to live there and you won’t be able to find a place to live.
TV crews have to hit the streets with armed guards and just about everyone that has worked in San Francisco has been a crime victim, or knows someone who has been.
It cost and arm and a leg to live there and TV stations will only give you a finger.
If are are not offered a job at north of $170,000, don’t take the job.
It’s just not worth it.
And that my friends concludes FTVLive list of the Best and Worst TV markets to live and work in. Hopefully this gives you some insight in choosing the next market you want to work in.
FTVLive will be back tomorrow with your regular programing.
