This KTLA Reporter is randomly walking up to shoppers and asking them questions. She barges up to one guy asked him a question and as he started to reply, she pulls the mic away and says, “another person who doesn’t really speak English.”

The guy was speaking English, but I guess it was not to her liking. So she pokes fun at the guy.
