Just over a week ago, FTVLive told you about our experience with FedEx and how they lost not one, but two of my packages.

I sat in my house for 3 days without leaving, because FedEx informed me that they were going to deliver a package in which my signature was required.

I would sit and wait and then the day would come and go with no package ever delivered.

I get that it is the holiday and I get that FedEx like many other delivery services are busy. I could have cared less if my packages were a few days or even a few weeks late. But, don’t keep emailing me saying that the package is coming today and that I must sign for it and then not show up.

The package I needed to sign for was over 100 pounds, so it wasn’t like I could have them send it to another location and I could go pick it up.

Well, the good news is, I finally did get my package and all is good.

In our story about FedEx, I wrote, “There was a time when I thought FedEx was a well run company that could be counted on. I don’t think that anymore.”

Well, an FTVLive reader pointed us to this story in The Wall Street Journal.

I guess Jeff Bezos and I are on the same page when it comes to FedEx.
