Last week, FTVLive asked why the CBS Evening News was not yet on the promised new news set that the company talked about when naming Norah O’Donnell their new main Anchor back in the Summer?

You would have thought that with months and months notice that CBS would have had O’Donnell moved from NY to DC and on the brand new spanking news set for the November book.

Well, CBS has announced that just as the November book ends, they will debut O’Donnell’s new look newscast from DC in the first week of December.

A month late, don’t you think?

And yet, somehow they wonder why they are in last place?
