Fired Lexington Anchor to Resurface Across the Street

Lee Cruse was fired from his anchor job at WLEX (Lexington) after showing his support for a racist.

Cruse and his co-host Hayley Harmon were talking about a BBC DJ that was fired for posting a racist picture depicting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with a chimpanzee.

Cruse declared that the DJ was now his “favorite.”

Cruse was fired shortly after and Harmon was blubbering about it on air the next day.

She eventually left the station as well.

Now the two are getting back together on last-placed WTVQ in the market.

The two will start their new show on Monday, Feb. 17, and the station says it will feature celebrity and musical guests, touring comedians, current event features, comic sketches and human-interest stories.

No word if it will have any Klan members on as well.
