FTVLive was bouncing around the internet and we landed on the website GetGoodHead.com (don’t ask how we got there?) and saw that the site was running their annual list of the best hair in local news.

Last year the site did the best hair on the male Anchors and this year the women get their shot.

The HAIRRY Award which is clearly a bigger deal than an Emmy is handed out to an Anchor in each state.

Here are some that have won a HAIRRY this year. Congrats to all.

In the state of New Jersey, News 12 Roxanne Evans (right) won for best hair, although the site called her “Roxanna.” FTVLive worked with Roxanne years ago and we can tell you that her hair is great, but the brain underneath it is just a beautiful.

In Ohio, the winner was former FTVLive TV News Person of the year Homa Bash (below). Bash works at WEWS and while winning a HAIRRY is a big deal, clearly, it is not as big a deal as winning the FTVLive TV News Person of the Year which is only given out to one person and once a year. But it was still a great pick by GetGoodHead.
