The station posted a story to their website that says a woman named Kia Ferguson faces several charges, including aggravated murder for the death of her daughter.

The story says that Ferguson is the alleged driver in a Jan. 25 crash that occurred on Interstate 90 westbound between Route 615 and Route 306. Ferguson was driving a 2008 Chevrolet, which was struck by a semi and pushed the Chevrolet down an embankment.

So, why was she indicted in the crash?

Why was she charged with, two counts of aggravated murder, murder, two counts of attempted aggravated murder, felonious assault and four counts of endangering children?

I read the story and it says she was hit by a truck and pushed down a hill. So, why is she being charged with murder?
