It appears that WFXG in Augusta is about to get their 3rd GM in the past 6 months.

GM Garry Kelly sent this memo out to the staff as he was walking out the door. The Lockwood station is expected to send a new GM to WFXG next week.

That person might want to consider renting and not buying. Just saying.

All,

I want to thank each of you for all you have done since I arrived in August. It has been a privilege to work with such great people and an honor to be associated with each of you. I appreciate your acceptance of me and my ideas. I appreciate your willingness to do what I thought was necessary to make this station even better than it was when I arrived. I hope you believe we accomplished a lot in a very short period of time. I know I do.

Going forward 2019 presents a lot of great opportunities for everyone. Embrace the new year and challenge yourself. Challenge yourself to improve your work, your attitude, your willingness to help others even some of whom you may not get along with. When a station succeeds, everyone succeeds.
