Last week, FTVLive showed you an internal email sent out by KDVR (Denver) Executive Producer Michael Brannen.

Brannen for some reason thought that sending an article from the Onion was a good idea.

But, sources say that Brannen sends “useless emails all the time.” Last Friday, Brannen sent almost 20 internal emails to the staff and almost none of them had anything to do with that evening’s newscasts.

On Tuesday he sent out an email about football officiating call in a college football game that happened a decade ago.
