While two other so called TV blogs "in the know" reported that KGO was hiring a Sports Anchor from Fresno to replace Mike Shuman (fired back in May), they were plain wrong. 

Both lesser blogs reported that Shuman's replacement was coming from Fresno and that Shuman's fill-in Anchor Mindi Bach would only have a limited role at the station. 

FTVLive did not report this news, because we knew it was not true. 

In fact the ABC O&O did bump up Mindi Bach as Shuman's replacement and she very much deserved it. 

Trust FTVLive and forget the posers and you'll be just fine.
