Elyce Kirchner was working as a Reporter at KNTV the NBC O&O in San Francisco. She had a job that she loved and she lost that job after getting a cold. 

Yes a cold. 

Kirchner posted to her social media about what happened and what she plans on doing next in her life. It is a clear message that tomorrow is never guaranteed.

And although Kirchner is no longer doing the job she loved, you have to give her credit for getting up, dusting herself off and moving forward.
