It seems that every time we turn around, there's a new poll that shows viewers trust television less and less. Add the ridiculous rhetoric by Trump on the media being 'the enemy of the people' (and whatever it is TEGNA puts on the air) and its a miracle there's any hope for our industry's credibility.

A new Poynter Media Trust survey shows trust is up since last year, especially in local news.

Its not as good for network news. Trust in national programs, is down considerably. Take a look:
