Scrambling From Sinclair
The revolving door at Sinclair owned WOAI continues to spin.
WOAI/KABB viewers noticed a number changes at the Sinclair station.
The station is seeing a lot of turnover.
San Antonio Living host Claudia Garafalo used an Instagram post to say she was "signing off" the show but will "soon share" what's next in her career. Sports reporter Hannah Trippett also announced she would be leaving to move closer to her family "for personal reasons" after two years in San Antonio.
Zora Asberry, who last worked in Mobile, Alabama, announced her move to San Antonio to become the morning traffic anchor.
Las week, former sports anchor David Chancellor moved to news and the morning show to team alongside newcomer Alexis Del Cid.
Sinclair's San Antonio general manager Dean Radla declined to comment on the personnel changes, per company policy.
He did, however, praise the first week of the Chancellor and Del Cid teaming up.
Of course he did.
"Her pairing with David Chancellor is being received very favorably by our viewers," he said in an email to mySA.com. "They clearly have great chemistry and are both professionals in their craft."
