When it comes to the who, what and where in TV news, Little Rock's KTHV forget the first one. 

The station posted this story to their website, saying that their Reporter couldn't get to a story due to down trees. 

They never said WHO the Reporter was and watching the video it never said so either. Heck we even looked at the station's bio page and could not figure out who this Reporter was? 

Which begs the question, if a Reporter reports from the woods, but we don't know who it is, is it really a report? 

Here's the report from the mystery Reporter in Little Rock:
