This isn't good....

According to Reuters, they say a draft Federal Communications Commission order said that Sinclair Broadcast application for approval to purchase Tribune may “involve deception.” 

Reuters says that the order said that “Sinclair’s actions here potentially involve deception” and noted possible “misconduct.”

FCC Chairman Ajit Pai said on Monday he has “serious concerns” about Sinclair/Tribune deal and it now may not happen.
