One thing that I don't miss about living back up north is potholes. I can remember some potholes in Buffalo that were big enough to swallow a a small car. 

WPVI was doing a story about all the unfilled potholes in around the Philly area and Photographer Chuck Purnell went so far as to stick a couple of lights in one pothole, so it would stand out a bit more in the live shot. 

Purnell says that he used two lights to brighten up this pothole.
