WJXT (Jacksonville) Reporter Jenese Harris tweeted out some really big news yesterday. Harris tweeted and then it was retweeted by the Graham station that Donald Trump was found guilty of murder and would be spending life in prison.

A check of other Jacksonville news outlets show that it was Donald Smith and not Trump that was  guilty for the kidnapping, rape, and murder of 8-year-old Cherish Perrywinkle. 

The judge also sentenced Smith to death.

As for Trump, he is not guilty of anything......yet.
