While sitting in the grocery store line this weekend, I saw that FTVLive got beat on a very big story. 

This was the headline on the National Enquire:

So, why does no other media outlet in the county have what surely is a big story?

Because, it's not true. 

Kotb is still the Anchor of NBC's Today Show and will more than likely be there for quite some time. The Enquirer story says that NBC is worried about ratings falling at the Today Show and that Kotb is the reason why. They say that NBC will soon be canning Hoda.

NBC sources tell FTVLive that this is not true and the gossip mag's story is complete crap. 

Speaking of gossip papers, The Star might be much closer when it it comes to why NBC's morning show and its dipping in the ratings. The Star names the most "Hated TV Hosts" and it features a picture of NBC's Megyn Kelly. 

Let's just say that The Star is much closer to NBC's morning problem, than the National Enquirer.
