Needless to say the past 6 months have not been good for Matt Lauer. 

The former Anchor was fired from NBC for sexual misconduct and since then he has put two homes on the market with not much success. 

Finally, one of them has sold. 

Lauer's New York City apartment has sold for $7.35 million. 

This is the Upper East Side apartment that Lauer was fired in last November. 

Lauer bought the home in 2004 for just less than $6 million, according to public real estate records.

One down, one to go. 

Lauer's Sag Harbor home has been on the market since 2016.
