The Revolving Door in Houston TV News
We have not even hit the halfway point and 2018 has been a busy one for people coming and going in the Houston market.
So far, in 2018, nearly two dozen Anchors and Reporters have either left or joined stations in Houston.
The latest departure was KHOU investigative reporter Scott Noll who announced his exit after six years with the station in late April. It is unclear where Noll will land next.
The Houston Chronicle writes that one of the most high profile hires made in Houston was Former Miss Nebraska 2009 Brittany Jeffers who left her position with Dallas' CBS 11 to join KPRC.
Jeffers received an Emmy for her work on the weekend and evening news shifts for CBS 11, marathi.tv reported. She was born in Ogallalla, Nebraska, and received a degree in broadcast journalism from Nebraska-Lincoln University.
A slideshow of the comings and goings is posted on the Chronicle's website.
