Updated: WTMJ which is owned by Scripps filed a copyright claim against the video FTVLive posted on YouTube. It was clearly within the fair use guidelines and FTVLive has filed a counterclaim against WTMJ and Scripps. 

We will let you know how this turns out. So far in copyright claims against FTVLive by media companies, FTVLive stands at winning 7 counterclaims and losing 0.
