Former Pittsburgh Anchor Calls Out the #MeToo Movement

While KSAZ Phoenix Anchor Kari Lake is pissing off people out West with her lame brain tweets, former Pittsburgh Anchor Wendy Bell is taking care of that in the East.

Bell as you may remember was fired from her job as Anchor of WTAE in Pittsburgh after posting a racist rant on Facebook.

This time Bell is going after the #MeToo movement that she says, "It is more than dangerous. It is destructive. And it is evil."

She thinks that some of those that stepped forward in the #MeToo movement might be lying and Bell writes, "Nothing ruins the goodness and potential shift in societal norms quite like liars and insecure bandwagoners looking for their 30 seconds. (Think Duke Lacrosse team.)"

Bell then adds, "By throwing all our eggs in the #MeToo basket, we presume guilt, not innocence. We blindly believe the accusers, grabbing our pitch forks and torches and marching in an angry mob to burn the jerk's world down. But what if the accuser isn't telling the truth?"

One Pittsburgh viewer was not impressed with Bell's questioning of the #MeToo movement:

Bell writes that she also was victim both in college and when she got into the media. In her post, Bell writes, "As a student sexually harassed by a professor in college and again at my first job on national television in New York City (blowing the whistle back then got me fired), I know a thing or two about this issue."

But wait! Should we believe her? Was she really harassed? How do we not know that Bell saying that she is a victim is nothing "insecure bandwagoners looking for her 30 seconds."

Just asking...

Here is her post in full:
