WBTV (Charlotte) Reporter Nick Ochsner was trying to get some answers from Nick Burk, an assistant director of emergency management, about the slow pace of recovery assistance to residents impacted by Hurricane Matthew.

Burk wasn't talking, but you have to give Ochsner credit for not giving up.

Then someone twisted and ankle and the cops stepped in.
