There is an old joke in TV news that the second coming only gets two minutes and all other packages should be shorter than that. 

That was not the case at KPLC in Lake Charles.

Anchor  Britney Glaser used over 12 minutes of news time to announce that she was going to be spending more time with her family. 

12 minutes!
