Sources tell FTVLive that a female Denver Reporter quit a local station after finding out she was making far less than her male counterparts despite more experience.

Word is that the Reporter along with other female Reporters are preparing a class action suit against the station and the station owner. 

Another aspect of the lawsuit is getting rid of the non-compete clause in the Denver market.
