KABC in LA must think their news product is not enough to get viewers to tune in. 

So, the ABC O&O has decided to give-a-way a car to one viewer that can't successfully answer a question about weather.  

The good news, you don't have to be very smart to win, since KABC Weather Anchor Dallas Raines will not only ask the question but also provide the answer. 

The station writes, "Watch ABC7 for your chance to win a 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T! 
Each Friday during Eyewitness News at 11pm, Dallas Raines will ask a weather question and give the answer, and then you can use the answer to enter the sweepstakes."

It's kind of like an open book test.
