FTVLive FIRST told you that Rick Boone is out as News Director at WNKY in Bowling Green, KY. after just a few months on the job. 

Boone tried making the jump from on air to ND and it did not seem to go very well. 

One person that Boone was looking to hire, is glad they didn't make the jump to WNKY. Here is an email that Boone sent to the job applicant. 

Boone spent part of the email bragging about himself saying that you will be "working with a News Director who used to be a major market and network Reporter." Adding that the "news environment will be overly professional."

As the person pitching the job said, "Overly professional doesn’t pay the bills." He did not "Hit him back" about the job. 

It's time that TV stations start paying their employees a livable wage.
