Yesterday, FTVLive told you that a news crew from WPIX (NY) was assaulted by a guy with a baseball bat. 

WPIX Consumer Reporter Howard Thompson and his Photog were trying to interview a mechanic that was deadbeat on a court judgment against him. 

Yesterday, the station aired the story and the video of the man attacking them. 

The man was arrested and bail was set at $5000.
