WCBS reporter Janelle Burrell was trying to shoot a stand up when some idiot was jumping around in the background. 

Burrell was not amused until she figured out that it was Bravo's Andy Cohen. 

The last time we saw Cohen on TV, he was ruining CNN's New Year's Eve coverage with Anderson Cooper.
