Our buddy Mike McGuff tells us about a couple of new hires in the Houston market.

KCBS 2 Los Angeles morning traffic reporter Stephanie Simmons is joining KHOU 11 today as traffic anchor/reporter.

"Very excited to join the H-Town Rush team," Simmons told McGuff.

Next up, KUSA Denver morning Anchor Christine Noël is heading to KPRC 2 where she will be the NBC affiliate's new 4pm anchor.

Houston viewers won’t see her on air until the beginning of 2019 since she doesn't even leave Denver TV until December 28th.
