Police in Springfield, MO. busted KY3/KSPR Anchor Frances Watson early yesterday morning.

Cops pulled Watson over for speeding and then also slapped a DUI charge on her as well.

Watson joined the KSPR News team in March 2015 as a Reporter and Weekend anchor.

FTVLive obtained a copy of her mugshot, or maybe we should call it a smugshot (above).

The station did report her arrest, but an online story of the incident is only two lines and was truly the barely minimum amount you can do in an online posted story.

The station has not commented as to if they will be taking any action against Watson.
