Yes The Book Has Started
Speaking of WKOW, the station is featuring a story on their Anchor and her new baby.
WKOW writes that the newest member of the WKOW family is only three months old, but he’s already fought for his own survival.
Dax is the son of 27 News Anchor Amber Noggle and her husband Dustin. He was born with a severe congenital heart defect called Tetrology of Fallot. At just 11 days old, Dax had to have open heart surgery.
Amber tells us, ” I don’t think we imagined how hard it was actually going to be. And when there’s nothing you can do and he’s so helpless. There were a number of nights we weren’t sure what would happen.”
Thursday on 27 News at 10, Dani Maxwell has Dax’s story of survival.
Interesting, that is the same day that ratings start.
We wish nothing but the best for Amber and her son Dax. But, paint us cynical when a station waits until the November book starts to tell the child’s story.
