Julian Phillips was an Anchor at the Fox News Channel for almost 5 years, starting back in 2002. He also spent 9 years at WPIX in the Big Apple. 

But, the former Anchor has now found a life after TV news and it involves chicken wings.

Phillips says that when he left broadcasting, he fought to change his lifestyle. He says he had to reexamine his marriage and his finances. 

Now, Phillips is set to open a unique home style restaurant in Manhattan this week that specializes in blackened chicken wings.

The secret recipe is a special formula he created. 

Let's hope he serves better coffee than what you get in the newsroom.
