Longtime WOAI Chief Meteorologist Albert Flores "retired" from the Sinclair station, effective immediately.    

No on air goodbye, no long retirement period just gone. “After over 40 years, I decided it was time to hang up the clicker. I have been working on some business options with friends,” he said. His bio was scrubbed from the station's website. 

WOAI/KABB General Manager Dean Radla confirmed that Flores has retired as WOAI’s chief meteorologist.

“We wish Albert the best in all his future endeavors and thank him for his years of service with our stations,” Radla added.
